​Keto Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Cups
Ingredients
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• Fresh raspberries
• Sugar-free chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions
Beat cream cheese and sweetener until smooth. Mix in vanilla and cocoa. In a separate bowl whip cream to soft peaks, then gently fold into chocolate mixture. Spoon into cups, top with raspberries, and chill 30–60 minutes.
